Figured glass is also called the pattern or the knurling glass
Figured glass is made of a flat glass with rolling method, the manufacturing process is divided into single roller and double roller method.
Single roll method is by pouring molten glass to the rolling forming stage, mesa can be made from cast iron or cast steel, mesa or roll engraved with decorative pattern, roll on the glass surface rolling, figured glass and then made into annealing kiln.
Double roller production of embossed glass is divided into semi-continuous rolling and continuous rolling process, the glass through a pair of water-cooling roll, along with the roller rotation to pull forward to annealing kiln, roller surface has concave and convex decorative pattern, under general on the roller is polishing roller, thereby made single patterned embossed glass.
